SB Relaxing Club API Domain Glossary
User
The authenticated account identity. A user may act as a member, may own a Provider Profile, or may hold an accountant or admin role.
Member
The normal authenticated product role. A member can order, chat, and use eligible community features.
Guest
An unauthenticated person with narrowly scoped access to create and retrieve an eligible guest booking.
Provider Profile
The approved marketplace identity that receives and fulfils orders. It belongs to a user and may include a secondary associated user when the provider-pair policy permits it.
Business Listing
A provider-owned storefront presented in discovery. It has descriptive information, a category, payment options, and Menu Items. It may be active, suspended, expired, or unpublished.
Service
A platform-managed type of work that users can discover and book, such as Printing or Cleaning. A Service is distinct from a Business Listing, which is a provider’s storefront.
Menu Item
A priced offering within a Business Listing. Its current price is copied into an Order Item when an order is created.
Order
The operational request from a customer or guest to a provider. It contains selected item snapshots, scheduling/contact information, separate order and payment states, and a total calculated by the platform.
Order Item
An immutable snapshot of a selected offering, quantity, and price at the time an Order is created.
Payment
A record of a payment attempt or manual payment claim for an Order or Listing Subscription. A manual claim is not confirmed until an authorized actor verifies it.
Completed Order
The immutable reporting snapshot created when an Order reaches completed state. It does not replace the source Order.
Sale
A financial record created from a completed Order or entered as a clearly identified manual/off-platform transaction. Corrections are represented by adjustments.
Listing Subscription
The monthly paid entitlement that permits one or more Business Listings to remain published. Its payment lifecycle is separate from customer Order payments.
Conversation
The direct messaging relationship between one customer and one provider. It contains Messages and participant-specific read state.
Media Asset
An image, video, audio file, document, thumbnail, or QR image tracked by the platform with ownership, purpose, visibility, and lifecycle metadata.
Payment Submitted
A state indicating that the payer claims to have paid or has supplied evidence. It is not proof of payment.
Payment Confirmed
A state indicating that an authorized manual verifier or a verified payment-provider webhook has confirmed payment.
Customer Hide
A customer-specific removal of an Order from the customer’s normal list. It does not delete operational, provider, accountant, or audit records.
