This directory owns the product-wide requirements for SB Relaxing Club.

Source of truth

SB Relaxing Club Project SRS defines product scope, users and roles, marketplace behavior, ordering and payments, provider operations, community features, administration, quality requirements, and open product decisions.

The original DOCX is retained as source material. The Markdown SRS is the implementation baseline because it reflects the selected Go, Kotlin Multiplatform, and Next.js architecture.

Reference video

WhatsApp Video 2026-09-14 at 22.41.28.mp4 demonstrates the current mobile visual language and the Home, service discovery, booking, order, profile, and provider dashboard flows. A working copy is stored in ../API/reference/ for implementation reference.

When to update this repository

Update the Project SRS when a change affects what users can do, role permissions, prices, business policy, supported platforms/languages, workflow meaning, acceptance criteria, or product scope. Technical implementation details that do not change product behavior belong in the relevant implementation repository.

After updating the SRS, run documentation synchronization from the workspace’s ../docs/ directory.
